Rates
$225 per 50-minute individual session
$275 per 50-minute family/couple session
Insurance
Insurance is not accepted at this time; however, we can provide you with a Super Bill so you are able to seek reimbursement from your PPO insurance provider. Dr. Erreca can serve as an out-of-network provider for certain PPO plans.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
